Product Return Policy
 

We will exchange products within 30 days of purchase and will gladly give a refund on retail products within 7 days (make-up and brushes excluded).

NEW GUESTS:

ABOUT CANCELATIONS & RETURNS: We encourage new guests to book over the phone or in person so we can answer any questions and match you with the stylist who best fits your needs.  Guests are required to have a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show for your appointment or cancel outside of our 24‑hour cancellation policy.

 

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE?:  We are committed to excellence. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 weeks for a complimentary revision. We truly appreciate your feedback; it helps us grow and gives us the opportunity to meet your expectations.

Cancellations

48 Hour Cancellation Policy:

We totally understand that life happens! To ensure we can provide the best service to everyone, we ask for 48 hours' notice.

  •  If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we’ll happily reschedule you with no extra charge.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount will be charged.

  • A No-Show will be charged 100% of the service.

  • Our front desk team will reach out to collect the fee, and no further appointments can be scheduled until the fee is paid. We truly value your time and appreciate your respect for our scheduling policies!

  • Late rarrivals more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you, and the cancellation fee will apply.

  • To make sure you get the full experience, please try to arrive a little early!

Extensions


All guests must come in with DAY OF freshly washed hair to standard.
Luxury Detox Appointment upon request — includes shampoo before service, scalp detox, and blow dry.

  • 1 Row +$100

  • 2 Rows +$150

 

Non-refundable deposit due at booking, any cancellations of install appoint will result in loss of deposit.


All services include Hair + Custom Color of Extension Hair


Retainers for Color & Extension Services


For color appointments, a 50% retainer is required to book your appointment.


For extensions, a $700 deposit is required for 1 row and a $1100 deposit for 2 rows.


Retainers and deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule and give 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is transferable.
