Hi, I’m Patrick Steffes, and Plano, Texas has always been home for me.

I grew up here, raised kids here, and still have family in the area, so being part of this community means a lot to me.

After graduating from the University of North Texas with a degree in Accounting in 1997, I spent six years in public accounting, working in Dallas, before moving into the beauty industry. I joined the corporate office of Toni&Guy Hairdressing USA, where I worked for another six years and discovered a passion for supporting creative businesses. It was also where I met my wife, Lily, who is also one of the salon owners. That is a connection that makes this journey even more special.

 

Honesty and integrity are what help me sleep at night, and I’m incredibly proud of the team and what we’re building at our salon here Legacy West.
