My passion for the industry began at an early age, watching and often helping my mother as she prepared brides for their wedding day. She not only created their hair, and makeup looks, but also designed and sewed their wedding dresses, all while working full‑time as a teacher and running a small business. Her dedication, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit shaped who I am today and inspired my own path in the beauty industry.

I’ve spent the last 30 years building my career in DFW salons, growing through roles that gave me a deep understanding of both the artistry and the business of beauty. From receptionist to manager, Regional Manager overseeing 10 salons, and eventually Director of Operations, each chapter strengthened my commitment to exceptional service, strong leadership, and creating meaningful experiences for clients and teams alike.

What I love most about this industry is the opportunity to help people, especially my team grow, succeed, and build the life they deserve. Supporting others in their journey is where I find the greatest purpose and fulfillment.
