Shipping Information

We ship our products via UPS Ground. Overnight service may be available upon request, based on the ZIP code. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. Please allow two full business days for orders to be processed before shipping.

Cancellations

To cancel an order you have placed with JohnnyRodriguezSalon.com, you must contact customer support by email (l.chilton@johnnyrodriguezsalon.com) or by phone (214-987-1919). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Return Policy

JohnnyRodriguezSalon.com will gladly accept returns of undamaged merchandise within 10 days of the date of sale. In order to return a product, please follow this procedure:

1. Contact us at 214-987-1919 in order to obtain a RMA number for your return.

2. Carefully package the return items and ship them to us via the carrier of your choosing. Be sure to list the RMA number on the address label, like so:

3. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect for damage. Provided your product is undamaged, we will refund payment via your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE that damaged products will not be entitled to a refund. Damage may include: punctured or opened bottles, missing pieces from the original order or other conditions which may make the item unsuitable for use.

JohnnyRodriguezSalon.com is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. We recommend use of a trusted carrier via an insured, traceable shipping method.
